How the Pay It Forward Protocol works.
For five years Dave worked as an NHS contractor, developing training programmes informed by lived experience. That included self-harm interventions in local secondary schools, and the life-changing outcomes that followed.
Corporate speaking funds that work. Not as a side project, but as a structural commitment baked into every booking. When an organisation brings Dave in for their people, children in local schools get four hours of education on mental health for every hour the organisation paid for.
It is single, simple maths. It means the people who need the conversation most are never the ones who can least afford it.
