Mental health and stress are becoming two of the biggest problems in the workplace. With my corporate package I will help to improve the mental health and stress management of your workforce. We will start the day with a 1-hour presentation, dealing with stress and mental health on a first principles basis. Then I will remain onsite all day in a private space to allow for confidential drop in sessions. These sessions will allow any member of staff to receive a 45 minute one to one session where they can discuss their mental health in a confidential environment.
