Mental health is something that is being affected at younger and younger ages. Many children experience anxiety and depression and it would be rare for even one child to not be experiencing the pressures of stress. My education presentation talks about understanding and managing stress and how often the choices teenagers make to handle stress lead to more stress in the long run.
This service can have drop in sessions included if students wish to talk confidentially at an additional cost to be agreed upfront.
